Coverage & Carriers

We currently ship merchandise exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Due to the complex nature of international shipping, we do not ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands, nor do we offer international shipping at this time.

All products ship from our location in Holland, MI. We use UPS Ground or USPS for all shipments. Shipping rates are calculated based on current UPS and USPS ground rates from our Holland facility to your location.

Shipping & Transit Times

Once your order leaves our shop here in Holland, MI , shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive at most domestic locations. To keep you fully updated, we’ll send your tracking information via email the moment your order is picked up by the carrier. This lets you monitor its journey and anticipate the exact arrival date. Shipping times can vary slightly based on your specific location and may experience minor delays during peak holiday seasons.

If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please note that delivery may take up to 3 weeks. We appreciate your patience for these longer routes.

Handling and Liability

While it’s rare, issues with delivery sometimes occur. Please understand that once your order leaves our facility, ownership and liability transfer to you, the customer. Bluegill is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

To help you secure your delivery, we provide complete tracking information and shipping confirmation immediately. We strongly encourage you to monitor your package and be ready to receive it upon arrival.

Note: If a carrier confirms delivery, we cannot process claims for theft.
