While we recommend an all-Bluegill system, our accessories should accommodate most standard 3-inch slatwalls with conventional spacing.

Once your order leaves our shop in Holland, MI, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive at most domestic locations. We will email your tracking information the moment your order is picked up so you can monitor its journey. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please note that delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of $500 or more, ensuring a premium end-to-end experience. For orders under this threshold, shipping rates are calculated based on the current UPS Ground or USPS ground rates from our facility in Holland, MI, to your specific location.

We prioritize getting your tracking information immediately so you can monitor your package. Please understand that once your order leaves our facility, ownership and liability transfer to you, the customer. Bluegill is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We strongly encourage you to monitor and be ready to receive your package upon arrival.

You must ensure your return shipment is postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date. To qualify, the product must be in its original, new, unused condition (never installed) and contained within its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will promptly process a refund back to the original form of payment.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

Nearly all items qualify, provided they meet the condition criteria above. However, please note that all Scratch and Dent items are considered a final sale and are not eligible for return.
