Returns
We stand by the rigorous craftsmanship of every system we engineer and ship. However, if a product doesn't meet your needs, we have designed the return process to be clear and straightforward.
The Details
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, new, unused condition (never installed) and contained within its original packaging. We cannot accept products that show any signs of wear, dents, or scratches. Please ensure your return shipment is postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected for condition, we will promptly process a refund. Refunds can only be issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Note: All Scratch and Dent items are considered a final sale.
